The July 10th BJS meeting will be held in our alternative meeting room at the front of Irish Times, and not in the Cottage.

The first BJS Off-Site meeting will be held on Thursday, August 28th, when we will hit the road to Chicago to see the great Sonny Rollins in a free concert at the Pritzker Pavillion in Millennium Park, to open the Chicago Jazz Festival. The BJS have hired a bus to take us to the event. The cost of the trip is $15 for BJS members and $18 for non-members. Members can buy as many tickets as the want at the $15 price. Watch the BJS website and future mailings for updated information, or speak to John Moscinski or Marc Kritzer, who are organizing the trip. Please contact Ian Tiele if you want to book your seat (advance booking required). Please note - there will not be a meeting in the Cottage that night!
